Eungyung (Liz) has started her new career in a healthcare administration field. In her former professional career, Liz worked as a senior cabin crew and flight attendant providing first class service in Qatar Airways for eight years. As a part of her main roles, the passenger’s safety was her primary concern. Liz expects that her own safety skills of first aid, CPR, AED, fire and safety training she gained from the former career successfully utilise into her new role in clinical field.
Her hands-on experience in safety and customer service management paves the way for patients. She establishes a robust schedule from walk-in to remote patients to create a seamless customer experience. She is very passionate about shaping each patient’s touch points comfortable. In addition, she ensures all the administrative compliance and regulations are met to receive treatment safe.
