CANCELLATION POLICY

We hope you appreciated that our practitioners’ time is valuable, not only to us as a small local business, but also to other patients wanting to book their appointments with us.

If you cannot attend your appointment, you must give us 24 BUSINESS HOUR NOTICE

• 24 hour cancellation – no charge
• Less than 24 business hours’ notice but 4 hours before the appointment – 70% of full private treatment cost
• Cancellation 4 hours before the appointment to no show – Full cost of your appointment will be charged of full private treatment cost

SAME DAY APPOINTMENT

Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the patient is responsible for paying the full price of the appointment.

We understand that Special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval. Our practice firmly believes that good practitioner and patient relationship is based upon understanding and good communication. Questions about cancellation and no show fees should be directed to management.
